"If you value your time go somewhere else, my wife went to the 37th street location her appointment was canceled 3 times by the dentist. I understand life happens but being canceled 3 is very unprofessional. We don't live in Rochester anymore so driving back and forth is a pain. We just need to get her crown done but they can't even get that right. We'll see how many times we have to come back until they get it right. Update: My wife rescheduled for Wednesday September 26 and to my surprise we get a text not even a call saying her appointment is canceled and we have to reschedule FOR THE 4TH TIME!! This place is a negative 10 star out of 10. They clearly don't care about their patients time. We would have been done with her crown 2 month ago if this sorry excuse for a dentist could only show up for his appointments."
"Was not a patient but they saw me immediately for a tooth pain. Doctor was super friendly and communicative. Looked like I would need an immediate extraction but talking through it with him he agreed that a wait and see approach was better and since then my tooth pain has resolved. Pretty great to find a trustworthy dentist who will talk you out of things that they can bill you for because it's in your best interest. Support staff were also friendly and great. Highly recommend."
