"I am new in Rochester and it was my first dental visit here. The place is great! I went with my wife and we both had the same experience. The front desk receptionist is friendly and always smiling. They have a waiting room with different complementary options, I didn't try any, but they seem decent considering the setting. Kristina (RDH) was so considerate and caring during the whole appointment, and also Dr. Robert was friendly and provided a great assessment and consultation on next steps. I had a welcome bag for being a new client. My wife did not So, they owe us one :D Highly recommend the place!"
"So quick and efficient! My husband and I were able to schedule at the same time, along with my 2 and 3 year old kiddos. In and out within an hour! So appreciative of the care that is provided to my kiddos. One needs some seal thing on her tooth and she was a bit scared, so the staff stopped to prevent any fear/traumatic experience with the dentist. We got her appointment rescheduled for only two days out so that we can be sitting with her. So grateful for the support and care!!"
"I went to Northwest Dental Group today for my new patient appointment. I had an amazing experience and it started as soon as I walked in! The lady at the front desk had a big smile on her face and welcomed me in and gave me a gift for being a new patient and showed me around. They have a selection of drinks and snacks in the waiting room available before your appointment. Lindsay was my hygientist and she was absolutely amazing!!!! We talked and found that we have some things in common and she made my experience memorable! She is the kindest person and I can’t wait to see her again at my next appointment in six months!"
