"READ THIS REVIEW: I was disappointed. The Google ad said that breakfast was included. NOT! I thought this was a bed and breakfast. NOT! it's like an Airbnb where you rent a room. Shortly after booking the room (our credit card was immediately charged upon the click of "reserve"), I got an email from Noelle informing us that "due to Covid," they are no longer providing breakfast. What?! It felt like bait and switch. I wanted to feel pampered by a B and B. I wanted a get-away. We were told in the email that we could bring our own food and prepare our own breakfast. Gee, thanks, I can stay home to get that! I immediately emailed her back to express my dismay, and I did not even get a response. I looked to cancel and discovered that the cancelation policy only allows a CREDIT AGAINST A FUTURE STAY. Once you press "reserve," you're stuck. So, you get coffee (if you make it yourself), tea, and a biscotti wrapped in plastic if the other guests haven't taken them all. Oh, and you do your own dishes. Room is beautiful, immaculate, and very noisy with traffic sounds. No room cleaning service unless you ask for it in advance. We never saw any management at all--not once!--during our 4 night stay there. Bizarre. You use a code pad to get in and out. Rooms are generally fully occupied. It's like being in a high-priced hostel. Pro: Centrally located, so convenient to walk town. BUYER BEWARE: If you want a clean room downtown, this might work for you. The rooms do not have space for added people in fold-out beds. But if you want that B and B experience, look elsewhere. The hospitality of this place was negligible. I'm not one to dis a place or to write negative reviews. I felt compelled this time. We dropped over $700 on this place, and I really didn't like it. Sorry."

"We were welcomed by Rascal the cat and his human, Noelle. Both were charming, the house is lovely and very inviting. Old time wicker on the deck called my name. The bed comfy, great water pressure and fluffy towels. Only draw back, could have used a small fan or A/C unit in our room. It was over 80 degrees at 8pm in our room. Made sleeping a bit rough. Breakfast was simple but lots of it, we will return. Cheers"
