"Would be nice if they treated their employees better! If they actually cared about staff that have kids, and kids who get sick and have other things going on. These employees are NOT robots! Such a shame a used to be good company (now under new franchise) doesn’t support parents, staff or humans in general. HIIIIGHLY reccomend going somewhere else."

"Went in for a trim, my hair was almost to my butt. Asked for roughly four inches taken off. Showed the stylist where I wanted my hair to be cut to. I left with my hair at my armpits. She took off double what I had asked for and the cut is uneven. I didn’t catch the stylists name because I was supposed to be seeing Jess (she is great) but she was out so I went with the other stylist available. That was a mistake."
