"The day of my appointment, my stylist was sick and the salon was able to reschedule me same day with Cindy. They were very apologetic about it and handed me a goodie bag (as pictured) for the inconvenience. They even charged me the price of my original stylist even though Cindy typically charges more. Cindy was very friendly, easy to talk to, and did a great job! Overall, I would definitely recommend this salon. They really cared, went above and beyond, and it was a nice, clean space!"

My stylist is Haley, and she never ceases to amaze me with her great cuts and colors! The other day I had popped in to make sure the service I scheduled was the one I needed. Haley wasn’t working that day, so another stylist (Mikaela) stepped in, looked up what I had booked, then proceeded to walk me through some potential ideas. I appreciated that so much! The owners are so kind, and I absolutely love the community spirit that they bring into their shop!!! I am so grateful Lake Elmo has such a wonderful salon!"
