"Went in for haircut and beard “trim” and suddenly she shaved my whole beard down the side! Took my full beard down to an 3/4 inch long! Didn’t ask how much I wanted off, just ran a shaver down the side of my face!! Incompetent is not a strong enough word. Will never set foot in there again."
"They worked my appointment into their schedule and got me in on short notice. My old fashioned flat top hair cut is one of the more difficult styles to get right, and is not very common any more. More often than not, when I try out a new place to get a haircut, it is not done correctly. Grace, at the Rice Lake Cost Cutters location, did an outstanding job with this not so easy style of haircut. I would highly recommend her and will be going back for future haircuts."
