"Absolutely wonderful. I went in to correct the box bleaching I did about 6 months ago. My hair is naturally brown and I was looking for more of a blend. Dala did such a good job and paid such good attention to detail. Will be going here again."

She not only helped me figure out the best cut for my hair texture and face shape, but was such a fun and warm person. "I followed the owner of this salon from karma because I thought she did great work. While her work is good, her professionalism is not. I had to cancel an appointment 23 hours before the appointment time because I had an accident that sent me to the ER and left me flat on my back. Instead of being understanding, they stated that they would charge me a $75 deposit before I could reschedule. My husband then posted a review regarding this incident on google because of the callused attitude of the owner. The owner was not accurate in her response to this critical review. I expect a level of professional decorum and honesty from a small town business, which was certainly not found here. Roots has lost a customer."
"My wife really likes the work done at Roots. However, my wife missed an appointment after having an ER visit and being bedridden. The salon refused to re-book an appointment without a down payment because of canceling an appointment with 24 hours due to these extenuating circumstances. This is poor customer service, and Roots just lost a customer who would have been loyal for years to come. Updated Edit: The owner response below is not accurate. My wife has only been to the stylist at Roots once since she followed her from her former place of employment. She has not canceled twice within 24 hours."
