"Super excited to get my hair cut and styled with a girlfriend and our stylist Teri didn’t even show up to open the doors until 9:15 and my appointment was at 9! Cancelled both appointments and no apology! Will never go here again and will not recommend to ANYONE!"

"I had my haircut by Heather, and I was disappointed. The cut is passable, but she didn't even dry my hair to make sure the cut laid the way it was supposed to. She actually said I can't really tell with it wet, but didn't make any moves to dry or style it. At that point, I just wanted to leave, and figured if I needed to, I would go somewhere else to get it fixed if needed. I do have an appointment at another salon for this weekend, to fix the things that need to be fixed (the layers are pretty messed up, but fortunately can hide them with a little work). Anyway, I would not recommend Heather. She needs to work on her cutting/styling techniques in my opinion."
