"I tried to give this place a chance. It is just so trashy and depressing. It is dark, stinky and cramped- the employees have the most unwelcoming, perpetually scowly faces. Like deranged clowns. They openly sell COUNTERFEIT bags which is truly reprehensible. Slave labor and nefarious activity is involved in the counterfeiting world. Not to mention toxic chemicals. To those giddy with their thrift finds- I’m betting you paid a premium for a fake. Clothing and accessories are art forms but our society is just so cheap nobody takes pride in the experience of acquiring goods anymore- albeit quality items- and this is reflected in the behavior of others. Work hard and buy quality items from reputable retailers and sellers. Deals are bountiful. Sifting through junk is not dignified. What is the true cost of your bargain? If you are buying more than what you truly need even at thrift stores, you are still over-consuming. If the item is of poor quality it will inevitably end up in a landfill. The very real environmental issue of textile waste is something that greedy corporations need to resolve within themselves, but they won’t, because people are addicted to cheap goods. They overproduce junk then dump it off at thrift stores for a tax write-off. These places are intended for those who cannot afford better- not for resellers to drive up the cost of items. That said, there are superior thrift stores where the proceeds actually go to charity and the store has an atmosphere conducive to browsing. So many stores can’t seem to combine compelling inventory, value and a pleasant experience- which is why online shopping has reigned supreme for some time now."

""I recently discovered the community thrift store in Covina, and it's a gem! A friend brought me here, and I'm a newbie, but I'm hooked. The prices are super reasonable, and the variety is fantastic. Honestly, I haven't found a thrift store as good as this one. It's a great place to explore!""

"This store is approximately a half mile from the Arrow Highway and Citrus intersection toward Glendora. It's a very busy location. The parking lot is always full. The store is large. Everything is well organized. Service is welcoming. They sell home furnishings, clothing/accessories and jewelry. They even sell adult incontinent briefs. There is an annex store on the side of the main location dedicated to electronics. There are always sales and the prices are affordable."

"Huge 'main' store with wall-to-wall treasures! Prices at Goodwill and Salvation Army are steadily creeping up, but you can still walk out of this store feeling like you've been thrifting. Housewares as low as $.99, multiple ticket color discounts (a little redundant but some are 75% off), clothing as low a $1.99. Great prices on electronics in the smaller store next door. Friendly staff."
