"I need an inhaler for my pet and I have a printed paper prescription with a pen and ink signature but the pharmacy manager wouldn’t take it because some other manager has a policy that any prescription that isn’t hand written from a pad is a photocopy and not acceptable."
"Im so disappointed that cvs moved from Broadway to Bay Road they fully built a new one on Bay Road but when I walked in it looked so outdated and small inside when it looked large and modern from the outside this 1 star is for the architects."
"Terrible pharmacy. Called and told me my prescription was ready, that I could come pick it up in two hours. I show up 3 hours later and after waiting in line for 15-20 minutes am told that I need to wait another 20 minutes for them to give it to me. Then after I show up to pick it up 20 minutes later, am told to wait ANOTHER 15 because it still isn’t ready. This building should be flattened like all the ones next to it."
"Terrible pharmacy. Was on hold for over 25 minutes waiting to ask about a prescription that was submitted at 3pm and still isn't appearing on the CVS site. I called back and the front counter just transferred me back to the pharmacy department where I sat on hold for another 10 minutes until the official listed closing time. I guess my Covid medication will have to wait until tomorrow, if they can manage to figure out my prescription"
