"This place is quite expensive. When i was here, the gate was literally broken open. I know the rent is increasing here to $400 for the 10×20 (give or take) that my friend rents. Is going up from $350 to four hundred a month over the next few months. Nothing special about it. I'm telling him that he should move the storage to a less expensive place where the gate isn't constantly broken allowing access to people who dent belong here."
"BE WARNED!!!! This place is a total SCAM in my opinion and experience!!! Called loads of places and this was the best deal - UNFORTUNATELY without giving us any notice they literally DOUBLED the price after we’d spent all the time moving our stuff in. Was just a few months later and they got us in and then upped the price. Total scam!!!!! Who does that?? Rented lots of places and no one has EVER done that to me!!!! Was a great customer, paid ontime and everything!!! Great on-site manager at least but owners are ok with ripping people off. Totally would have accepted a certain rate hike after a year or something but doubling the price after a few months is just not human."

"Been here for about three months. I have a 10 x 20 drive up unit. The dimensions are a bit off but the place is a the cheapest out of about eight or nine different facilities that I checked. Inside was clean. Outside looks nice. Nice pavement. Better hours than most places 6 AM to 10 PM. The places on Woodside Avenue in Santee and it’s a safe area plus easy to get to. Manager seems like he’s on top of things, and knows what he’s doing. Rules are a bit strict, but probably not more than any other place. People complain, but if they didn’t have these type of rules, then the homeless would move in and take over."
