"The pharmacy won’t call me back after a week of trying to get my important prescription filled. I’ve been a patient here for years and the service is very low quality but this incident is absolutely ridiculous as I’ve been calling for almost a week leaving voicemails with no response and no filling of my prescription. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone or has my prescription ready even when I do get through to make a phone call before showing up. This establishment needs to work on its customer service and answer the phone because this is important health service that they are ignoring."
