"The people who work at The Wrapper go out of their way to provide great customer service. Stacy, in particular, went out of her way to help me get a gift item I wanted and followed through a few days later to see the process 5o completion. Her service was flawless!"
"Two of the older women that work here were screaming at and berating one of the young male employees (who had greeted us and been really helpful) almost the entire time we were in the store. I'm talking hostile, toxic behavior and personal attacks toward this kid because they were stressed over wrapping customers' purchases. In front of everyone. LOUDLY. It was unseemly and really unprofessional."
