Instead of charging me to do a repair, she explained how to quickly do it myself and even told me the product that I needed! This is impeccable honesty and integrity, and trust me that I will be a lifetime customer when I actually need help in the future with any of my shoes or boots! We had a nice conversation and it’s obvious that she has a beautiful heart and that she is in the business for all of the right reasons, and getting rich is not one of them because she could’ve very easily taken my money to do a tiny repair. People like this are rare and I left with a happy heart because it’s nice to meet wonderful humans!"

"Great people and awesome work.. as for the one comment about getting a quote etc... It's a service and it's getting to be a rare one at that it costs money yes. But for a decent pair of shoes it's well worth it. Who has someone do a service and not get a quote first? I recommend this shop 100%"
