"Horrible location to go to and I will never come back here! The customer service sucks and so does the therapist! They schedule me for a deep tissue massage and the therapist did not even want to do deep tissue! She stated that I was scheduled for a “custom massage” and she steps out to go check at the front desk. If it is custom massage then why can’t I customize it to deep tissue?! And why would she have to step out to check what I was booked for?! So I decided to step out and not even proceed with this massage. I adamantly said not to charge me for a service today since I did not want a massage with this therapist. They said they did not and will not charge me. Last night, I had a facial at my regular Massage Envy and found out that they did charge me a service!! The worst part was, the therapist Monique smelled like cigarettes and seemed like she did not even want to do the massage!! Awful customer service!! Do not come here!"

"This place rocks. I was struggling trying to find someone who could give me a firm massage seeing I'm a big guy. I'm so glad I went to this location and found Wendell. I'm now a member here and look forward to coming in every month!"

"This is the first time I have ever left a review in my life. Awful customer service. My daughter passed away, with 13 services on her account. My daughter was a paying member for years!! When I called to cancel, I was told I could take her services. After 2 months, 4 visits to the location, 3 emails to the account managers and numerous phone calls, Lauren, the manager final told me I had to make a paying account, but she would bypass payments until I used the services up. 3 months later, I have been charged twice and will probably be charged a 3 rd time in a couple of days. I have sent 4 more emails, only 1 has been answered. I have talked to Lauren 3 times on the phone, each time she told me she was reversing the charges right then, and sending an email confirmation. nope!!! Still have not been credited my 140. Dollars. No email confirmation. Called yesterday and she was not in. I was told another manager would call me back. Nope never heard back from anyone. Which is usual, because most of my phone calls are not returned. Sent an email yesterday demanding my money back, and telling them to just cancel my membership. Haven't heard back from that either. This is the last thing I needed to deal with while grieving my daughter! Thank you massage envy."

"I’ve been an ME customer for over a year. I normally make an appointment using the ME app but I called since LA issued new COVID restrictions. The day of the massage, I received a reminder text an hour before the appointment with a link for contactless check in. When I arrived at the shop, I clicked the link to check in and waited in my car until I was called in. As always, the front office was super friendly. My massage therapist, Wendell, is the best and the only one I trust to work on me since my last back surgery."
