"They were pretty busy when I stopped, but the staff was was very efficient and friendly so there wasn't any wait. Great location with plenty of parking. They have a pool table and shuffleboard inside and nice seating area outside with an area set up for playing cornhole. They have a mix of their own brews and guest brews. I enjoyed the few I tried. I also had a crispy chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. Both were really good and the fries were some of the best I've had recently. The only downside was that they were out of cheese curds, but I guess that just means another visit is in order."
"There is something about little breweries in the middle of nowhere. Alchemy fits the bill. It is a great spot about 10min from Sparta. They had 4 of their own beers on tap on my last stop (all pretty good) but also have a great lineup of guest taps to fit your taste. The space is very clean and modern with shuffleboard, pool, etc. Looks like a nice outdoor space to sit and look at the rolling farm lands in western WI come summer. The service was great and I plan to be back next time I pass by."
