"This is by far the cleanest and safest storage facility in this area, or in any place I have lived in my 70 something years of life. I have been extremely satisfied for the 13 years I have used Benner Storage in Crescent City, California. I consider myself lucky have two large units here. I patiently waited 3 years on a waiting list to get into the second unit, as they are in such high demand. The ladies running Benner Storage will bend over backwards to keep everything in this facility clean and safe, as well as the men on the maintenance staff. Units are never, ever broken into, and the locked gate must be signed into with unit number and password upon arrival, and signed out the same way when leaving the gate, every single time without fail -- couldn't be safer. 13 years ago, I thought it would be only a short stay at Benner Storage until I built a storage shed and shop at my house. Because this storage facility is so clean and safe, the staff so nice and helpful, I have been satisfied to stay this long, and have put off building my own shed and shop. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. If you are not a local, and coming here from out of the area, check here first. If you are lucky enough to call during one of the few and far between periods when a vacant unit is available -- grab it. They go fast."

"Big rat problem, my husband’s belongings were saturated with rat urine and covered in feces after being there for about a year. The facility knows they have rats, they put out poison."
