"Terrible experience buying kids clothes online. Warning! Return policy is terrible. Took so long to get a return label...hour on a chat with a rep. you need order number and item number to create a label to return item was another half an hour. Never Again. Try Amazon. Old Navy return policy and apparatus is terrible also. Beware!"

"A brand new kids' and babies' store that has NO shopping carts. Are you kidding me? Be prepared to carry around a car seat if you're shopping for your baby and try to hold your selections in one arm and your carseat in the other while trying to look through clothes with your third hand. Ridiculous. I can't believe they didn't think of this in a store where you buy babies' clothes. Don't come here if you're looking for dressy clothes for boys. They don't have them."
