"My service with Bailey is amazing! She is the best at her craft! I always get so many compliments in my brows which i why i will only go to her for my eyebrows! My only issue which has nothing to do with her was i was pulling up for my 1:15 appt and received a text message at 1:14 saying if i didn’t arrive within 9 minutes of my appt it would be cancelled. I have never received that before and i am always on time if anything early and to get a text message before my appt time seemed a little passive to me. If they look at my account they can see I’ve been coming to their establishment for a few years now. I understand that might be there job but maybe send it to the client the day before when sending out the confirmation text. Just a thought"

"I have been going to EWC for years and years for my waxing needs. The girls at the front desk are always amazing, and the specialists I work with are usually very friendly. This specific time I was seen by Mia, and for some reason she had one of the two lights in the room turned off. It was specifically the light above my face, making it extremely hard for me to see any excess hairs that she missed and it was obviously hard for her to see as well, when I left the salon I had to finish plucking my eyebrows in my car. Additionally the apt felt rushed and her attitude seemed off. Unusual for what I am used to receipting at EWC."
"Taylor was extremely professional and provided excellent service. It is a little intimidating getting your eyebrows done sometimes but she did such a beautiful job and it was completely painless and quick. She has a very warm demeanor and made me feel very comfortable during the process. I will definitely be coming back to her for all of my waxing needs!"
"I hate posting negative reviews but I have to say, I will not be going back. I received an eyebrow wax and was fairly disappointed by the end result. Once home, I spent 10+ minutes plucking all the strays that were missed and also found leftover wax on both sides of my face. The location was clean, every one was super pleasant but $27 later, I expected better."
