"Our kitchen cabinets were originally installed by Ron for the builder of our home. Our refrigerator leaked and we had water damage. I called his office and spoke with Jessica in early April to get the damage fixed. She said I'd need to wait a month for Ron to come see them--they had just moved to Lake Elsinore and were behind. We scheduled an appointment for May 14. Ron came out that day, said he could fix them and would send an estimate. But he wouldn't be able to do the job until July (we figured it was worth the wait to have the installer do the work). The estimate didn't come. I called and left a message the 2nd week of June. Nothing. Today, on June 15, I called the office number. It just rang and rang...no answer. I had Ron's mobile number because he had called previously for directions. I called it. He answered and when I reminded him that he had come to look at our cabinets, he said, "Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. I can't FIX them. I'm too BUSY. BYE!" (emphasis from him). He hung up on me. I never had any transaction with Ron other than a pleasant visit to our house to see the damage. What lousy service! No information about where the cabinets came from, what materials to use, and who I could call for help. He just hung up before I could ask a question. I waited TWO MONTHS for a rude hang-up. I wouldn't use this guy to install cabinets if he paid me. Thanks Ron. When I texted him to tell him how long we waited for his help and that he didn't even bother to tell us where to get the cabinet materials, he texted back, "Have a nice day." When you treat someone rudely like he did after making them wait around for 2 months for something you can't do, it's not surprising that you get rude treatment back. I had a knee-jerk reaction and called him a name, which I never do--because I've never really had anyone treat me like that for no reason at all. He thinks he's in the right. Said he made a good decision by not helping us."
