"Aqua Bound makes my favorite paddles. I paddle a sea kayak and stand up paddleboard and only use AB paddles. I have a carbon Tango and fiberglass Malta and love the light weight and high performance. I use them over long distances and sometimes races. The slight texture combined with the slightest flattening of the shaft means you can feel where your hands should be without looking at your paddle. The more intuitive a paddle is, the better the boat-body-blade connection, and the better the paddling experience. When on the water, your paddle is your best way to maintain control and not let the wind/waves have control, so having a paddle you can trust is so important. They have many levels of performance in their models so I recommend them to anyone. I appreciate that they make their paddles in the US. They seem committed to innovating and improving.
