"The help setting up was excellent. Was frustrated I did not find out the cost of screen protection and case until I looked at the bill at home. When the “free” phone became $200 of extras that did not seem extra happen, that I was only given the basic model as an offer and not the pro model that is advertised, I guess the experience is not as satisfying as it could be."
