"Tag says $13.49. Rung up different price. Showed the clerk and he said to use the app, because it said code on barcode. I told him that it says CORE and not code. Told them to at least put the right price. Long story, short. Lost a customer."
"I've been going here for the past year without any issues. The staff have always been friendly; however, I went in this morning with the same friendly staff working and I noticed the manager was on the floor. I purchased some canned beer, walked to my car, set the beer on the SOFT car seat and hear a leaking noise. The beer was spraying out, so I went inside and asked the manager if I could grab another. He immediately said NO, YOU DROPPED IT. Now, I'm a pretty quiet person and have NEVER had to go off on someone but I was 100% sure I didn't drop the bag and told him this. He kept yelling/talking over me insisting it was my fault so I told him he was very rude, and that I literally just walked out to my car and set the beer on the seat. The arguing continued, so I finally had to raise my voice to get a word in and tell him it had obviously been cut by a box cutter because there was a slice in the can, and that he NEEDED TO CHECK HIMSELF. He quickly stopped arguing. Customers beware of this man. Everyone else is friendly. I've filed a complaint with AMPM customer service and don't hesitate to do the same if he mistreats you as well."
"My family and I live around the corner from this gas station,. Because of this convenience, we tend to frequent this location. However, my family and I have piled on many reasons to stopping there due to the staff stealing money on several occasions and showing blatant discrimination. I have tried to remedy this, but I am only met with condemnation. After the first incident where the staff member pretended to count my money and pocket cash, I laughed it off as a joke and then realized I was in fact short changed when I arrived home. When I arrived back to fix the problem, one of the staff member confided in me that the staff steals from customers regularly. Do not waste your time."
