"Sold our home and home inspector said our RO system was too close to electrical panel. I called Culligan to move it for no cost since it was installed incorrectly. New owners of Culligan declined a no charge move of unit so I moved myself. Unit started to leak so I called them to fix small leak and move one part of unit. They came and literally took the service person less than 5 minutes to take care of the request. I got billed $130! If I purchased a Culligan business I would stand behind the name and take care of previous owners’ errors."
