"I love arts! They have fast turn over with my film and it always looks great. My only complaint is I came in once to drop off film and was working with a middle aged lady and she was very rude and unfriendly immediately. Otherwise I've been lucky to work with other employees that are all super kind and helpful."
"Knowledgeable, reliable, fast, I’ve come here on emergency wedding days and gotten then help I’ve needed quickly and without fail. Reliable film processing with quick turn around. Staff is generally friendly and kind, pretty good at assisting multiple customers at once or at least acknowledging when you enter the store and need help. I couldn’t ask for a better local camera store to rely on when upgrading or needing help with important shoots. I wish they had 8am store hours and earlier Sunday hours (but I completely understand why they don’t) 5/5 great people I’m not a bot just a happy customer"
