"About 10 months ago we bought a Splash Chocolate Sectional fro Ashley Homestore in Pierre, SD. We even bought Ashley's protection plan with this sectional. Being a power sectional, we paid over $4000 for the whole package. Now, pin feathers are poking out of a head cushion and two of the seat cushions have collapsed. We called their " Customer Care" people, I use the term loosely. We were treated like we were wasting their time and were told that they had to order the parts and it would take at least 12 weeks for them to arrive. So, here we are, with a $4000 junk couch that is unusable and Ashley refusing to stand behind their product. What are we supposed to do with a poor quality couch with sagging cushions after only 10 months? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

"So disappointing to hear how this company operates. My daughter and son in law bought a $2000 sectional and ottoman from them on a one year same as cash. When it finally got delivered after many weeks the delivery people put it in their garage. Couple days later they pull the plastic off and notice a stain on ottoman and realized has small rip on corner of the leg and its to big for their space. She called and called and got the run around. No one would give date for pickup or call back. She finally gets a scheduled date and when they come out the guys are just there to inspect not pickup like she was told. They kept trying to get her to keep the couch with the stain and rip. Weeks later she is told she called the morning after 72 hour return policy and they can’t do anything for her. They said they would give her a new couch but would not return it. And here it is weeks later and no one has called. No new couch has been delivered. The customer service has been terrible. They are paying for a couch that they can’t use. Thinking this wasn’t going to be an issue with returning they went to Ashley and got the correct size couch. Now they are paying on two couches. No one cares about resolving this issue she just keeps getting pushed from one person to the next. The “we will call you back”. This company should be better than this. They have said they will never buy another piece of furniture from them and what a shame because they are a young couple and Ashely could of had a long standing relationship with them buying furniture. I personally have been looking for a new living room furniture and will not support. And will make sure to let my friends and family know how bad customer service is and share this issue. Makes me sick for them. They work hard for things and one of the customer reps said to just try and sell it. Easier said than done. Shame on you Ashley."

"If I could give a lower score I would. I ordered during Black Friday sales and was told I would have my sectional and ottoman in 6-8 weeks. Received an email from them Jan 12 stating my delivery was scheduled and confirmed Jan 31...today is Jan 31 and no delivery or contact...I have been on the phone for over 3 hours today with 4 different people from local to online to corporate customer care....well believe me they don't care about the customer at all. I asked to cancel my order after I was told it would be another 6-8 weeks and asked for a comparable product at the same price and I was told no way...wow....I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone...to me you are only as good as how you handle your biggest mistake this company has no idea how to handle a customer challenge or fix an issue...many company's can sell a product but this company proves it doesn't know how to take care of a customer when something goes wrong."

"My husband and I purchased a couch, loveseat & recliner mid November. They originally told us it would arrive before Christmas as an “estimated delivery date” I was supposed to get a text once order was fulfilled to schedule delivery within a few days after. I reach out to ask what was going on and the rep that sold us the furniture said the date was moved to 12/28. The next date came & went and I received no update from anyone until I reached out to her. She said this time the date was moved to 1/20. Again I wasn’t happy and expressed how we currently did not have a couch to see if she could speed things up and never received a response. We got the text today 1/13 that the order has been fulfilled and it’s time to schedule delivery. The only dates available are in February! I am disgusted with this entire process & have reached out to the. Saleswoman to cancel the order. If they can’t keep their word and make things right for their customers I don’t want to do business with them. This will be my last time I ever purchase anything from Ashley furniture."

"I had a wonderful experience with Ashley Furniture. I spoke with my local store (I am in Georgia) about getting replacement covers for a leather sofa. I'm not under warranty anymore, but was willing to pay. The local store hooked me up with corporate. They sent out the covers immediately and sent a technician to replace them in a timely manner. I purchase many pieces at Ashley and will continue to do so considering the excellent customer service I received. Thank you."
