"Oh my brakes they were a squealing! I contacted the service team and scheduled an appointment as I was so embarrassed as I was driving through the parking garage in Rochester. The summer road construction was in full force between Guttenberg and Rochester, MN so I was late for my appointment. I contacted Ron in Service who said with a calming voice - “no problem, just drive safely and we will see you soon”. I appreciated hearing that and understand they probably can’t always accommodate moving your appointment on the same day. Once I arrived, the service team went to work and I can say I no longer have squealing brakes! I appreciated the lounge area and spoke with some of Brown’s team members, new staff who are getting their feet wet there and some who have been there 30+ years! Thank you Brown’s for always making sure the customer is taken care of and making a person feel like family. I will definitely be back! (Does one of those new boats or RV’s have my name on it? Only time will tell!) Keep up the great work and thank you again!"
