"I went to prepay and used my debit card. The lady working the counter was rude and unhelpful when the card swiper took my money off of my card but wouldnt let me purchase the gas. I had the money on my card....but everytime I swiped my card...it took more money from off of my card. I know this because I called to check the balance before I went to get gas, during the failed transactions amd after. Worst customer service ever. Update: As of 4/20/22 still no refund back on my card either."
