"DISGUSTING FOOD SERVICE! The food preparation was awful. THE stainless steel counter was smeared with guacamole and other toppings. When the employee rolled burritos the tortilla made contact with the smeared toppings. I mentioned this to the cashier, who said, "we're really busy". Luckily, I ordered a bowl. I would've rejected anything rolled in that mess."

"Had visited for dinner, the chicken bowl, the beans are fine, rice is under cooked, chicken is not fresh, guacamole is fine, overall an average experience, the quantity of the food is good for the money paid but quality can be better"

"Talk about skimping on your order... I'm so glad I decided to use all of my rewards points and get Double Protein on to-go order today, only to get a normal amount of Chicken. There goes 700 points, when I was hoping to split this into 2 meals for lunch this week. I ordered Less (assuming half) Rice and got about 1/3 a service also. Received half the amont of Beans you'd normally get, but I didn't request any changes to the Beans on my order. Hardly any cheese too. I guess you can only trust restaurants to give you what you order, if you actually see them prepare it in front of you. Disappointed is a big understatement. At least the employee walking my order to me was friendly?"

"Mixed feelings. I arrived to pick up my burrito to go and when I opened the package it was a complete mess. It was barely wrapped and all the ingredients leaked outside, into the aluminum wrapping. It looked like a child rolled the burrito. They re-made it for me, which was great! Prompt customer service. However, it was re-made very similar. Burrito not wrapped and a complete mess. Plus, there were 2 pieces of steak in the burrito - which is a no no, when you order a non-meat burrito. Very disappointed on whoever made this burrito, but the gentleman at the front did what he could to rectify the situation initially, so the customer service in the front is great! Back of house needs improvement."
