"Called them to give us an estimate on some damage to our trailer for our insurance company. That was 3 months ago. A guy came out twice to look at it, after calling several times, with no response and even talking to a guy that was really rude. This should have been a very easy job as our trailer is almost 20 years old. The damage was to the back corner of the trailer above the bathroom. If they had to remove the roof to repair it that certainly would have totaled it. And if they would have been timely on this we more than likely would have bought a new RV from them. We called another place in Rice Lake, and they we're out with in a few days and did an estimate and had it off to our insurance company within a week. I bought a new refrigerator from them about 4 years ago for this trailer. That was the first and last time we'll ever buy anything from them again."

"Followed up on damaged flooring that appeared in our new 23 Jayco. That was in the spring and still waiting for a response from Jayco according to Link Brothers. Also brought back our second fireplace. The first fireplace was not checked before our "show around" and at that time it was noticed it did not work. We eventually received the replacement fireplace which worked for about a half an hour and then quit working showing the code 88."

"Over all ok experience, good inventory. The place listed it's self as open till 7pm but by 6:00pm, we were kind of feeling like we were in the way and didn't return the next day as the drive was hour 30min. The staff was friendly helpful but definitely would want to arrive earlier to shop."
