"I’ve been here several times since they opened and will continue to go here. I have always had good service from the employees. I have waited a while in the drive thru during peak hours as expected, but never excessively so. I’d not get in line if there were 4-5 cars there already. If that’s the case I go inside and feel I get my food relatively quickly. Do people realize this is made to order food not precooked like McDonald’s nasty burgers sitting in grease? That does take extra time and maybe some people should be more cognizant of that."

"I always use apps, or order online with all of the fast food places I go to, and I rarely have any problems with incorrect orders. Today I ordered food using their app and went here to pick up, and my food was ready in 2 or 3 minutes. Food was good. Went at 1:00 p.m. this afternoon."

"I have to give them so much credit. The food and service are great. However, they are super busy, and you have to wait in line, but it's worth it. The food is always fresh, and their nuggets are way better than McDonald's. Wendy's rocks!"

"Visited 12/18/23 around 5:30. Got stuck in the drive thru over 35 minutes . Got home and found out the 10 Dollar PRETZEL BACONATOR I ordered was actually whatever this chicken thingy is. Won't go back done with them...Who wants to start a pool to bet on when this place is gonna close!"

"I wanted to give them a 5 so bad because they are over all doing a nice job with the new Wendy's. The servers there are very friendly. Very clean atmosphere. The one problem I have is that I am a big cheese fan. I LOVE my cheese. I've only gone 2 times to this location. The food has been very fresh and beautiful temperatures with the food nice and hot and crispy good!! Unfortunately both times I've gone, I got no cheese on my food that's supposed to have cheese. The first time I asked for extra cheese on my spicy crispy sandwich and got across town in a rush and had NO cheese. Now today I had the breakfast and both didn't have cheese that were supposed to. Good note is that it takes a lot for me to like something if it calls for cheese and I don't get it on. So so say bearing through still eating my food when it was missing is saying a lot. But cheese, yes please!! Please make certain the customer does not want cheese before omitting."
