"The food is sh!tty and so are the employees attitudes they are always getting something wrong they are spiteful and unethical. They gave me half done catfish super pink inside and mushy. Every time I’ve ordered from them it’s been something missing they never give the whole order they blame it on the dasher when it’s really them messing up your order. I took pictures of the food and I’m starting to feel sick don’t be surprised if munchies gets a lawsuit. I will also be calling the health department first thing in the morning trust me."
"I found out about this place tried it fell in love with the fish. But today totally different story. I couldn't even place my order because the staff was to busy in her phone arguing and fussing. When she finally came to take my order I asked how long for a fish dinner? The look she gave me as she asked "Fish" like I was speaking a foreign language then turns away from me like I never said anything to continue fussing with whomever she was talking to before. I couldn't do anything but walk out hungry and disappointed. Just sad....."
"My fish was sooooo good I saw a picture of the fish and wanted to try out the batter ….I was not disappointed. The prices are reasonable and I had enough to save for late one fish fillet was filling . I didn’t care for the fries but if you like JJ fries then you would love them. I definitely will be going again especially since they are on DoorDash as well."
"I ordered the 10pc wing dinner and fried Philly cheese steak burrito. The burrito was my favorite. It was very flavorful. The chicken was also good but a couple pieces did have a few long feathers. I won't hold that against them though because the customer service was great and I got my food within 15mins. Definitely recommend!"
