"Went through the drive through when there were only two cars ahead of us. They confirmed our order and I paid. They didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt and didn’t hand me one. The two cars ahead left and then seven cars behind us left before I had to ask someone what was going on. Four minutes later another comes out to confirm our order. They put in a new order on the system as our receipt was time stamped awhile after we got there and ordered. Our burgers eventually came but were so quickly thrown together it wasn’t very nice to eat. They also forgot both of our sides of cheese curds and just gave us fries. The only apology was for the wait by the gentleman handing the food out. When I went inside for the cheese curds before leaving nothing was said to me. If a manager had taken a moment to correctly get our order the second time, apologized, and made sure it was put together well and correctly the second time this would of been a much better experience. I was also surprised we didn’t get a free scoop of ice cream coupon I’ve gotten them for less. Overall it didn’t seem busy and people didn’t seem to want to help. We sat their for 45 minutes when the car ahead and behind us were there for less than 10."
"If you want a decent amount of ice cream don’t go to this culvers. They only give you one scoop and a very skimpy amount of toppings. All other food has been good but I have been consistently disappointed with the ice cream and toppings amounts."
"Very nice clean atmosphere, the food was quick and delicious. The employers were very nice and courteous. I highly recommend this culvers. It's one of the nicest I've been to. The drive-through was really busy, so we went in to dine, which was nice."
"We love culvers but this location was not the greatest. Got home with food for my family. Order was wrong and cold for waiting a while. Which I get.However, upon checking our burger. It looked like someone took a bite out of the meat. Grossss!"
"Me and my boyfriend went here after grocery shopping and I must say that the staff is super friendly, amazing customer service. They accidentally messed up my bfs name Jagger which is funny as hell, they were lightening the mood because the system was down. The chick with the cool reddish pink hair deserves some praise and a raise they all do!!!"
