"Fun cozy bar and grill. I didn't eat, but I've heard great things, especially the St Patrick's day items. Natalie the bartender was super attentive and greeting me before the door shut. I'm from out of town, and she was quick to give me other places to check out in the area. (I asked). Prices on drinks were good."

"Good place for food. Not sure it's what I'd call a sports bar (as Google maps apparently does). More of a restaurant with a bar. Good drinks though (especially the cocktails) and very good food. Just don't go expecting a "bar" experience. I've been here several times and the food never disappoints. Salmon for me this time and it was very good indeed. The food is always a cut above anywhere that calls itself a bar (with the exception of the barbecue at the Bosch nearby). Staff is always good here too. Parking can be limited but never usually deal breaking. Looking for good food? Go for it. Looking for a bar? Try the Bosch down the road. Do recommend."

"Typical sports bar with mediocre fish fry. I have tried countless other fish fries in my life and this one felt like a bit of a letdown. We went midafternoon and it was packed, so clearly plenty of people like it. It took a while to order and get our food. Our waiter was very nice but almost a bit too present. The prices were typical, but I still feel they were slightly overpriced given the quality we ended up with. I tried a fish fry which had three types of fish. The cod was pretty good, but the other two were very fishy and I just wasn’t impressed. The fries and bread were just kind of basic. The coleslaw was too liquid-y. While my meal was okay, some of our group had disappointing meals. One person got baked cod, which came cold. It was also very loud, which shouldn’t be any surprise in a sports bar I suppose."

"I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. It was excellent. My wife had the harvest salad which she really enjoyed. Not a big place but plenty of TV's and seating. Nicely decorated as well. I will definitely go back to try more things on the menu. There were many different things that sounded really good"

"Flawless. Absolutely flawless!!! The Hale House hit 5 stars for every category. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Cool vibe. Good selection of craft beer. And last but not least the food is absolutely delicious!!! Deep fried pickles - amazing. Ruben rolls - amazing. Whiskey burger with coleslaw - amazing. Grilled chicken sandwich with perfect fries - amazing. Salmon entrée with rice - amazing. A fantastic dining experience and I will certainly be back again!!!!!! A++"
