"Farm & Fleet was such a great experience. We were able to get help to find the things we were looking for and even got a recommendation for a good place to stop and grab a bite to eat - over at Monona Cafe & Bakery on Monona Dr.! Yummmm! That was the best food I've had in quite some time! And we brought some gorgeous pastries home for a treat later. We will go back again - to the bakery and to Farm & Fleet. Oh, and I HAVE TO ADD that we needed to stop in to the other one - Fleet Farm - on the same day. What a disappointment. It was like we had ended up in upside down land. Where everything had been good at Farm & Fleet, it was just plain awful at Fleet Farm. Give me my good ole' Blain's Farm & Fleet any day! There, I am always able to get great service with a smile. I'm able to find what I need or ,if I'm not, there's someone there that can find me something even better for half the price. And they always honor their stated policies. If someone tells you they're going to do something for you, they do it. Not so at Fleet Farm. I won't even bother going there again. I don't want to give them any of my money. Bravo to Farm & Fleet for all of their years of great service, fully stocked products, a wide arrangement of items to choose from, and for their integrity. I'm going to keep coming back to you, sweet reliable."

"Name of store is FARM and FLEET, but yet when I asked service and Tire what kind of spark plugs and wire to pick up for my tractor he said I cant look that up. BUMMER I said and left. Without a purchase."

"I had called to get my rotors replaced and set up an appointment with the call center (which seems to be separate from the store). During the call I said I would drop off the car and they said they would install those. My appointment was ten days later and I dropped my car off before going to work with my keys and all the info in the drop box. During the day I never got a call to my phone or anything, but it may have been cell service issues. They said they tried to call and let me know they wanted to do more repairs, which I didn’t want and had told the call center I just wanted the rotors done. I ended up calling after I got out of work and they told me they ran out of time to do my car, even though it had been there 7 hours and I had told the call center and also indicated on my key drop paper that I just wanted the rotors done. They then told me they HAD to do the rotors, pads, hoses, and control arm on the drivers side. At the end, I payed $17 for an inspection, which seems silly that they inspected a problem I already knew my car had and had told them about, and then had to schedule another two weeks out. They were very polite at the call center but the auto service guy was rather angry with me not having answered, even though I never got any voicemails or calls. Would be nice if they’d just follow through with the repairs I indicated I had wanted. Don’t know if going in to the shop would be better to schedule an appointment but definitely don’t recommend going through the call center to schedule then as the communication between them is quite awful."

"Had a great experience getting a new battery after mine sputtered out. Andrew help set up my appointment for new tires He was knowledgeable, respectful and patient with other folks in the store. The technician was quick and I was outta there in like 1.5 hours. Thank you very much!!!"
