"Ordered a meal (small) with a bottled water and she waits til AFTER she took my money to tell me they're out of bottled water and hands me tap water in a cup. I said "but didn't I pay extra for a bottle?" And she says yeah, bottles cost more. Then she shut the window and sent me on my way. No apology. No refund. Nothing. Food was ok though."

"Staff was awful. Felt like they wanted nothing to do with me. The store was awful. Floors were sticky. There was a cigarette butt on the floor. There was an employee sweeping but somehow completely missed it even after sweeping the lobby. What an awful store. I've always had issues with this location."

"it's wendy's - it's not a 5 star establishment - that said, this is one of the better ones in the area. service is always fast and food is on par for the money. the real winner right now is the pumpkin spice frosty - which really puts the spice in pumpkin spice. best shake I've had in a while."

"Updated Review - 10/22/23: On my way to Menards, I remembered I hadn’t eaten lunch. I said to myself, “a Wendy’s Dave Double with cheese, mustard, and pickles sounds delicious.” So, I stopped and ordered one with fries and a Diet Coke. It was exactly what I needed! Delicious! The service was fast and friendly…. And the made my burger exactly the way that I ordered it. Mmmm!!! —————————————————————————- Updated Review - 9/1/22: Again... like I said the last time, I love Wendy's. The main reason is they are consistent. When I order a Dave's Double Cheeseburger with pickles and mustard... I will get exactly that.. and it will be delicious! Their lemonade is great! The person at both pickup windows were super polite and friendly. I highly recommend this Wendy's! ------------------------------------------------ Original Review: I love Wendy's! The burgers are always fresh and juicy. The fries are delicious! The night we went through the drive-thru, the guy in the window goofed up our order by mistake. He was super apologetic and friendly. He took care of the problem immediately and made sure we were happy before we drove off. There is nothing like great customer service. He was a perfect example! Thank you!"
