"We bought a cake for my mom. And when we opened it, it smelt rotten. And they employees are refusing to give us a refund on the cake. The cake flattened out as soon as we opened it up."
"Spent 33 dollars for a birthday cake only to get home and find out it was SPOILED! Called the store and was told I have drive 30 miles back to the store with the now melting cake to get a refund. And at the same time I have find another cake! RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS STORE."

"Disgusting. Hard and dry top bun, and wet and soggy bottom bun. Not edible what so ever. Waited in line for 10 minutes to get this. I also didn't receive my drink and in such a rush to get home I didnt realize, thats partially on me. Already on a time crunch before work and I Waited for this? Don't have time to turn around before work so now I'll go to work (12 hour shift) without eating before. Fantastic. Not the first time I've had a problem with this place. Finally just had enough and wrote a review. Offered to replace order, not gonna help me right now. I declined because I refuse to go back."
