"Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes as they ignored me, a person walked outside and saw I was sitting there, and then on her way back inside (at 11:00 on the nose) yells “we’re closed” and slammed the door. Don’t post online that you’re open until 11 if you are going to stop serving people at 10:30. Extremely poor service but what else should be expected from a McDonald’s in a gas station."

"I've never seen a whole team of employees get so angry for their screw-ups. There's no policy just depends on who you get and whether or not they'll take it back but don't expect not to get a million comments under their breath evil looks and then good luck feeling real good about eating a sandwich you asked politely to have made correctly. Killian Management is A JOKE. Guy is so filthy rich by paying people way too little and couldn't care less about the quality of the output. DISGUSTING How you going to put one Burger on a double Big Mac three separate times over the course of a week?! It says it right on the freaking box!"

"What happened to mcdonalds? I remember not to long ago mcdonalds was real good. Fresh french fries, tasty big mac's. Food made the right way! Now the food looks like its tossed together, fries are bad. And what is up with the bun on the big mac. First its toasted why? Second one bite and the inside squirts out what a mess! Nobody cares now. There was a time when people cared. People expect fresh food every time. Not French fries that look old and hard. Lastly why in the world did you take out the booths. Stupid! Who wants to sit at a community table looking at stranger you dont know. Watching each other eat! Most normal people like privacy when eating alone or with friends. Change is not always good!"

"Got some really soggy & raw burgers that are falling apart. & the staff said that's the way they're supposed to be. They also were not seasoned ask for extra onion. & they put normal Amount on & told me that they did put extra on. I showed it to the staff & they said it was nothing wrong with my Burger. This is the only time I've ever had a problem at this restaurant. I always order a big order. & now I will never do it again. Some of the burgers were Cook fine But still had no seasoning, but just one Burger made me lose my appetite. Most likely what happened was didn't drain the grease from the grill From what I understand it was a mother daughter team. They were nice until I came back with my food. The way they responded to me made me not want to even attempt to have them fix my order. The food was not edible. Cook greasy and just too raw."

"This particular McDonald’s location has continuously provided terrible service and food quality every time we have visited. I don’t think I have ever gotten a complete order anytime I have ever ordered food for my 4 kids. In addition to that, the employees always appear annoyed with the customers or barely acknowledge their presence. Today around 11:30 I visited the drive thru to grab my kids lunch. When I got home two of my orders of chicken nuggets were literally raw in the middle and that was only discovered after two of my kids bit into them. When they were brought back for a refund the manager was so rude and said, “let me guess, they’re cold?” As you can see by the photo I am including these were completely raw. Then the manager told me this was not the first complaint of raw nuggets today! Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere."
