"Brought in a car battery to charge, told I needed to be back by 9PM. Came back at 8:52PM and the doors were locked, she stared at me from across the store then refused to acknowledge me or open the door while I’m knocking on the window in the freezing cold, walked off to the back. Two employees stared at me from across the store and finally after 9PM one opened the door to give me back my battery. Prior to this I was told that I could not return an oil drain plug that I was told by them would fit my car (it didn’t) because there was oil on it and nobody would want it, until finally she called her manager."
