"Told me to my face the stove I was buying would work and then I get it home it does not. I take it back they will not give a refund. Total scam. Dishonest. Selling used garbage appliances. Avoid this store."
"Unfaithful to return policy. Sold my father a dishwasher with a door hinge barely hanging on and base obviously cracked all the way through and the door taped close. Refuses that the product was broken upon sale and will not give a refund. Insists we dropped it from our Prius and that bent the entire washing machine. If you don't want to gamble with the uncertainty of a return policy as well as shady / botched fixes stay far far away from this "business"."
"Bought an open box dishwasher from here after trying to install unit in not working. Eddie himself refused to honor. Offered to sell me another with a discount. I'm out $250 and still need a dishwasher. All I can do is dispute the charges."
"Had a stove delivered. Never bothered to tell me the ELECTRICAL CORD WASN'T INCLUDED. They took the cord off my old stove for me, but now I have to get someone to put it on properly. They wouldn't because as he said "we are not electricians". Will update post after we are able to find out if the stove works. Who sells an appliance without the electrical cord?!?!?!"
