"Wow! Never been treated like that by a business I tried to give business to. Was told by an employee they would help me with my issue, than either the owner/GM basically told me to go pound sand because my product wasn’t one he sold me or a brand he sold. Told him I had the parts direct from the supplier and that I just needed them professionally installed. His response was if I don’t want your business than I won’t do it. But you’re happy to waste my time bringing me out there to find out huh? I guess the customer is just a formality to the revenue and therefore the profit. Stay clear of this one I’d recommend."

"I was interested in a cap and some side steps my truck. From the initial stop in at Cap Connection to picking up my vehicle with the new cap and side rails, my experience was fantastic! During my initial visit, Justin did a great job showing me the available caps for my truck and the various options/features that were available and what the costs were for each cap and option. After physically showing me some of the features on the caps outside, he took care of some other customers and gave me some time to look over the multiple caps they had to review in their stock. We placed the order and he let me know the lead times. I decided not to go with the steps right away. They informed me when the cap came in, which ended up being sooner than anticipated. Unfortunately, I was having some body work done at the time but they were flexible and able to hold the cap until my repair was finished. A day or two before the install of the cap I decided to purchase the side rails as well. Justin was able to work his magic and they were able to install both the cap and the side rails on install day. On pickup, Justin ran me through the features of the new cap and recommended maintenance items. I appreciate the flexibility and service that you all performed.
