"Been in about 4 times this week for the Carmel cold brew shake because it’s so good. Was in this afternoon as well as tuesday morning and there was one woman who was just so kind and so sweet. I didn’t catch her name but made my day both days!!"
"This place never fails to disappoint. I traditionally love Einstein, so I give this place a chance every couple months hoping things improve and every time I do I find myself wondering why I keep giving them chances. They suck in every way a restaurant that suck."
"This place is a JOKE. It took 15 minutes for someone to get off their phone to come up front to take my order. We JUST placed the order and got asked 3 different times what size coffee we ordered by the guy who took our order only seconds ago. Then it took 20+ minutes to make 2 toasted bagels and 1 bagel sandwich with only 1 other order on the screen. As my family sat to eat we watched 5 people leave because no one was up front to take an order. One guy had an incorrect order and no one would address it so he left. The manager/shift lead had her back turned to the guests in line while she wiped the hand sink for 10 minutes. Those guests left. Another guy came in as we were getting up to leave and my husband saw the manager on her phone sitting on a chair in the back. Why doesn’t the owner care that he/she is losing so much business because of the staff? Why would you want them representing you? This place has a 2.9 rating. That’s embarrassing for you."
"Everyday there’s an issue. Either my bagels aren’t toasted or no cinnamon sugar, or not enough cream cheese or rude mono toned employee in the drive thru . I’ve never had a pleasant experience at this location. 2 pictures from 2 different days. updated 3/9/2023- oh what do you know another incorrectly made Cinnamon Sugar Bagel without cinnamon sugar"
