"I was having trouble with the app, so I just went through the drive-thru. The girls who took my order and handed me my order were very friendly, and the order was correct. Great!"

"There has been many occasions where I'm left waiting at the drive thru window while someone else pulls up at the other window and gets their order taken before me, which is beyond ridiculous. They need to be better at managing their drive thru windows. It should be first come first serve."
"Not sure what lady was working the drive thru on the morning of 9/16, but I would advise you keep her off that duty. She didn’t handle both drive thru lines efficiently (paying more attention to one side) and had a terrible attitude. I go pretty much every morning for coffee. I won’t be going back to that attitude though. Review Edit: it appears that it was a case of both the employee and me having just a bad day. I should take blame for my part of the interaction, as I was pressed for time and a bit impatient. I’ve been back several times since and have always received outstanding service, and my coffee order is handled in a very prompt manner."
"When I was told in the drive-thru that my food was going to take a bit longer because they were understaffed, only three people working. I didn't really mind. But my order was completed rather quickly and it was really good. The sausage burritos are always good. My son was impressed with the steak bagel.
