"Pros: Good little local place to eat. No frills, pretty basic interior. A good menu, plenty of standards and some more interesting items too, like the "Boom Boom Cauliflower Bites" and the roasted Brussels Sprouts. Wait staff were super! Got the scallops and the portion was generous. It was seasoned well. Cons: a lot of the food did not seem homemade. The coleslaw side was very not good - definitely tasted like too-sweet bulk cafeteria slaw that comes in a jug. Ordered an iced tea and it too tasted metallic and "canned" which was very surprising because it's the most basic thing to make fresh? The appetizers and fish were most likely bulk frozen too, they were edible but not fantastic. The scallops were cooked, but not broiled enough to get any browning. Overall, a nice little place with decent food, no wait, and filling. Wouldn't take a date here but would stop back after a long day of hiking around Devil's Lake."
"A local place with a well-lived atmosphere and really good food. Chicken noodle soup, fish fry and and really big. Everything was delicious."
"Nice little place with better than average food. My buddies ordered two ribeyes and two perch dinners and they all loved them. The perch had a nice little kick of spice at the end. I ordered the pan fried walleye, which was cooked perfectly but WAY too salty. 5 stars if not for the walleye. The service was very good but I did take a bit longer than expected for our food."
"Came in at 7 they close at 8 on a snowy night still got fantastic service and delicious food. Prime is amazing and all their burgers are huge. Waitress did a fantastic job!"
