"I go to Joe's for an oil change a week ago. Nobody working in the bays and am told I need to make an appointment. So I make an appointment for the next week at 10AM. I get there for the 10AM appointment and the bays have cars in and I am asked if I need a ride home. It may take a few hours and he didn't know I was going to wait. Then what is the point of making appointments. I have things needing doing too. You disappointed me twice and have lost any of my future business."
