Panera Bread

"Always out of bread. No matter bread it is. Bread bowls or any random sandwich you want. Customer service is terrible. Called to ask what breads they may be out of (since that is a typical thing) and was asked what type of bread I would be asking about. Then I asked again what bread they were out of and received the same response. It's not worth going to this "New, never has bread location" Every other location is top-notch. Love Panera Bread. Great food and great prices."

"Online order this afternoon. They got it wrong twice. Totally diff sandwiches. Soup. Etc. Happens I get it. But the attitude of the manager horrible. Very mad at me for pointing out the wrong orders. The attendant said we can keep the orders since they would throw them away and then the manager asked for it back and threw in garbage so that I could see her thrown it. So Sad. I do think this sets bad standards for her team and bad example."

"Never again. This will probably the last time I order delivery and any business from this location at 12630 W Capital Drive near Home Depot and Target is etc. Note: I got the wrong location on my first review as it defaulted but this is actually the location where the Door Dash app selects to choose the location to deliver my food. First of all, a month a go I ordered my free drink- btw I am paying the monthly fee for- they did not even give me my drink and I let it go because I had a dinner delivery and it was already closed by the time I realised something was missing. Today I ordered breakfast and the drink they gave me had ice filled up 3/4! I took literally 4 sips and was like what is wrong with my straw? To come to the realisation that they added so much ice there was hardly any content left to drink."

"I ordered a chicken noodle soup. My daughter ordered the 15 vegetable soup. They apologized about the time as they stated they were 17 orders behind. When I received my soup there was broth and 3 sliced carrots in the bowl. I took the bowl back and asked if I could get a bowl with noodles and chicken. The young man stirred the soup and said, " there's noodles and chicken in the pot. He got a clean bowl and served me. After getting 3 dirty spoons. I asked for a plastic spoon wrapped. The bread must of been there since last week. It was like a brick!"

"A foul oder when entering, smudged glass doors, flies in the dining area, unclean tables, trash receptacles full, drink station nit clean. Newer place but unwelcoming because of lack of cleanliness. Cigarette butter and trash lining up curb in parking lot and outside trash can overflowing."
