"BEST IN DANE COUNTY The work my car needed most mechanics would’ve gave up on. They ended up working on my car for a few months, replacing my rack and pinion about 4 TIMES!! Turn Two Auto never gave up and kept working on my car even when it was a total loss for them. They kept their original quoted price and never charged me over for all the additional repairs they made. THEY SAVED ME THOUSANDS, compared to if I went to another mechanic."
"I really enjoy the customer service at this place. They are always very kind and polite to me. That means a lot in this day and age. They back up their work and explain what had been done so I can understand what I need to and what was done to my vehicle. They also let me know what to look out for to indicate any future problems. Great place. My only complaint is that they are a bit more expensive than other repair shops, so be prepared to get your wallet out."
"This review is a bit overdue! The guys at Turn Two won me over with a simple tire repair that turned kind of ugly. Lots of work done at a reasonable charge. I responded with another ugly job: one that resulted in $5800 in repairs. They did a great job, got this truck back in service, and accomplished it promptly. "Scott and the crew here are top notch! They fixed a bad squeak I had with my brakes, replaced my transmission fluid, and got the smell out of my AC, all in less than a day. They provided me with a loaner car (we thought it might take longer) and the price was right! I was initially told by a mechanic at one of the chains around town that my brakes needed to be replaced and they tried to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary things. The guys at Turn Two helped me out and told me what actually needed to be done and what I could wait on. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here for any future repairs and maintenance."
