"The BEST experience I’ve had in a long time! Went to Scooter’s Coffee for the first time this morning and it did not disappoint. Got 2 coffee drinks, a cinnamon roll, and their Omelet egg bites. All of that for $20 I felt was a great price, given that everything was delicious and was ready insanely fast, but the service was even better! The girl at the window was so friendly, asking us about our day (genuinely, and not in a rush to just say it) and wished us a happy new year. My fiancé and I pulled away from the drive-thru window beaming at how much we loved Scooter’s already even before trying anything we had ordered. It’s so rare to have such genuine customer experience these days, but their cup fits the whole vibe. This is absolutely our new Saturday morning spot!"
"Yummy coffee and friendly service I have made 3-4 visits since opening and so far it’s been quite enjoyable. Quick and friendly service. Loved the coupons in the mail thank you! Not a fan of being asked so many questions for up-sales though would be my constructive feedback. Maybe cut down to one question somewhere in the order taking instead of 2-3 during the order process, that would enhance my experience, personally."
