"Beyond disappointed. My dryer has a warranty on it and I have made multiple attempts to connact/get ahold of someone in regards to coming out and fixing/replace what’s broken. They keep pushing the date back to get someone out here. It’s been over a week and still nothing. There Customer service is terrible. I would not recommend to anyone."

"Gateway Appliance is a joke! Very unprofessional! Rescheduled with me 3 times and also claimed to not be able to find my service information. I’ve been without a dryer for going on 2 weeks now primarily due to waiting on this company. Strongly do not recommend the hassle they will put you through!"

"Never again will we go through this company. Brand new Whirlpool stove and the oven was shooting high flames leaving soot everywhere. My husband wrote a check for $128 just for the tech to come out and give us an "It could be the orifices or regulator." Uncertain diagnosis. He said we could set up a time for them to come back to fix it. I called, left voice-mail and texted. Still no response. Gage was here the 27th of November."

"Had service tech come out to repair a new Whirlpool dryer that was dead on arrival. Had the machine gutted in 10 mins and found a minor assembly error from the factory that was causing the problem. Great job, thanks again."

"Had them come out to service my dryer. Tech proceed to say that my vent line was bent or somewhere causing dryer not to work properly. He didn’t even like at the dryer I was able to figure out that it in fact was a dryer issue and resolve the issue myself. Cost me $150 for them to come and do nothing"
