"So, I am from the Chicago area, but my family is from Waukon. My parents' home needed a new microwave, the old one was an odd size that they no longer make. From my area, I found a microwave that I was told was a swap out. It was much larger and wouldn't fit, so I returned it for another that "should" fit. It didn't. Frustrated, I called Rockweiler and spoke to Beth. Beth was very professional and, more importantly, very helpful. Instead of running back to Chicagoland and dealing with someone who was just making a sale, I got the help and guidance from Beth and got a microwave that did work for me. Job done! Thanks Beth!"
